New Years

Hey everyone I hope everyone had an awesome New years. I had a great New years. It started out by me and one of my best friends Annie went over to Becky Oppie, Julie Harris (respectively know as T.J.), and Amy Duvall's house for a New Years party with the Halls Lake Ward. There was a lot of people but there was a guy there that I was especially excited to see his name was Trevor Townsend. He is one of my favorite guys in the world he can always make me feel better. We had met a couple of months ago through my friend Renae and we became instant friends he always seems to be around when I need a friend and can always sense when I need a hug or need someone to talk to. Anyways he was there and me and him hung out most of the evening. It was so great being able to talk to him about things going on in my life and just venting. I appreciate you Trev. Anyways before we rang in the new year there was a group of people playing "Catch Phrase" downstairs and then after we played "Signs". But before we played the game we played Jump onto the Lovesack from the Ottoman, and everyone did fine but....my friend Jordan Rudd over jumped it and he ended up sliding right into the couch and cutting his nose. At first it didn't look too bad and he just put a band-aid on it. Then afterwards it just kept on seeping through the band-aid and he decided to go to the emergency room because he thought it was deep enough that it probably needed stitches. That was the event at Becky, B.J. and Amy's house.


12:00 rolled around we had Sparkling Cider (yeah no Alcohol for me or anybody there see you can have fun without alcohol). We watched New Years at the Needle. Around this time I heard there was a get-together at Jordan's (even though he had gone to the Hospital). Me and Annie decided to go and Trev was going to go too but on our way there he called me and had decided to home because he still had a drive up to Marysville. Me and Annie got to Jordan's around 1:30. Quinn Stratton, and Stephen Dreyer were already setting up Jordan's new HD television. (it was pretty sweet) Other people that came to Jordan's house were Elliot Walters, Joe Cannon, Ryan Murray, Angelita Hendricks, Angelita's cousin James, Mandi Epstein, and Matt Fowler. The people who wanted to played Rock Band. Then we had breakfast (which at around this time it was about 3 in the morning. While we were eating breakfast Jordan finally came home after waiting in the emergency room for 5 hours for a 3 minute procedure he got 2-3 stitches.(he went to Stevens Hospital so that explains a lot right there) After breakfast (around 4:00) people started going home. Me and Mandi helped clean up the kitchen and people who stayed went back to playing Rock Band. Annie asked if Quinn could take me home since he lives pretty close to me and Jordan lives kind of close to Annie. I told her that was fine and she left around 4:15. There was only Jordan, Joe, Quinn and myself still there and they were having fun playing Rock Band. I ended up kind of dozing off on the couch and Quinn finally decided to go home. I got home around 5:00 in the morning.

It was a GREAT New Years spending it with great friends. I hope everyone had a wonderful New Years as well and that 2009 will bring you loads of blessings.
