So my mom's birthday was this weekend....so we celebrated....of course what else do you do when someone has a birthday? So mom and and dad went to Salish Lodge that they got as a birthday gift from last year...and decided to use it of course before it expired. So they left Friday afternoon, and came back Saturday afternoon (Saturday the 4th was her actual birthday). While they were at Salish Lodge dad had left me some stuff to make cupcakes for her birthday. So I baked and frosted them and called Jana to see if the kids wanted to come over and decorate them. She said they wanted to and dropped them off so she could do a couple of errands. I had video taped them decorating, and singing happy birthday to her.
Sunday dad had some people over to celebrate, (General Conference Sunday) and have some snacks (chips & dip, lil' smokies, chex mix etc..) and of course cupcakes. It was definitely a full house but it was a lot of fun!!
