The Soccer Season comes to an end

So Adrian had his soccer awards ceremony a few weeks ago. It was a potluck (so I made meatballs, and brownies)...anyway at the ceremony the coach said a few words about each of the players and presented them with a trophy and a certificate. Adrian absolutely loved his coach and it he was sad that his coach is moving so will not be coaching next year. But what the coach said about Adrian was that he was a great player even being the youngest on the team, and he was a natural soccer player, and that if he could just get him to stay in his position he'd be unstoppable. Also that he was the most controversial player because he scored a goal that should have counted but the referee that game didn't count it and that the other team wasn't being honest. On their certificates were different patches that represented different things, with one of the patches counted as how many goals they've scored that season and Adrian got that patch even though they didn't count it because in his coaches eyes he scored. Anyways he absolutely loved his coach.

THE FINAL GAME
The final soccer game was so much fun because it was a muddy mess. It had been pouring hard the night before so the field was sopping wet. And as you can see in the pictures below the players were covered in mud. So the final game was kind of a bummer because it was tied 1-1 for most of the game. And like 5 seconds before the refs would’ve called it a tie the other team scored so it was kind of a bummer that they lost their final game but they played hard and had a great season they had won 4 out of their 7 games. But like I said they had a great season and a lot of fun. As you can see in the pictures below it was REALLY muddy.
