Called to Serve

Yesterday President Lee asked me to meet with him and of course I got nervous...what could President Lee want to talk to me about.

Well the mission president in the Everett, Washington Mission is in a little bit of a pickle. One of the sister missionary's is needing to go home and they didn't have a replacement for her. They were going to have to close down that area if they didn't get another sister.

Well President Lee said he had a wonderful sister (hint hint me) that he felt would make a fabulous missionary. So he extended the call of me being a FULL-TIME sister missionary for 30 days!!!

So I didn't accept the call he said to go home and discuss it with my parents, pray about it and let him know ASAP.

Well today I went to the temple with my mom (I needed to go and see what the spirit would tell me) and with a little coaxing from the spirit (as well as mom) I accepted the call. I will be like a I said a sister missionary from August 4th until September 7th. (yes in 2 weeks will be leaving)

I'm am feeling very overwhelmed with this decision but I'm also feeling really good. I know I'm am making some sacrifices and it will be SO incredibly hard being away from my family and friends for a month but I know that with these sacrifices comes blessings anyways I just thought I'd let you all know!! I will miss you guys and I ♥ you all!!
