Good-bye Cliff Lee

One of Seattle's best pitchers Cliff Lee got traded to the Texas Rangers today. It is SAD knowing that Cliff is going into the All Star Game not wearing a Mariners uniform. I knew that he was probably going to be traded soon but he was supposed to pitch tonight against the Yankee's so it was weird not seeing him on the mound. Cliff Lee has had an outstanding career including a Cy Young Award in 2008.

I'm sad knowing he's gone because it seemed every time that Cliff was on the mound the Mariners won...he was a moral for the Mariners to get some runs. Well Cliff Lee even though you didn't wear a Mariners uniform for long you sure will be remembered here in Seattle.

(Well all I can say is at least we have "King Felix" Hernandez, and Jason Vargas)
