Herron Island Labor Day Weekend 2010

For Labor Day weekend the family went to Herron Island. I love it there. It is SO much fun going there. Mom, Rosie, and I went to the island Friday morning and dad met us up there Friday night. Jana, Filepe, and the kids came up on Saturday and stayed until Sunday evening (the kids stayed with us until Monday) The weather wasn't as nice as it normally is but it was still sunny enough to go to the beach and the park and the girls even went swimming. Dad and the boys did some yard work and made the yard look great. The kids went the park for awhile. We did a couple of puzzles, played games (monopoly, and Rumikub were the favorites) I had fun looking at Magic Eye books. (Remeber Magic Eye books) I ♥ them they are so much fun. We made smores one night, and dad made homemade ice cream for dessert. Of course there were tons of deer and the kids just loved playing with them.

I think one of the exciting things that happened this labor day weekend was that grandpa taught LillyAna how to ride a two-wheeler. I am so excited for her...way to go baby girl. Here are some fun pictures from our trip.
